Accountant Finance | Controlling

Your mission

Your responsibilities include comprehensive financial accounting and assistance in controlling:
  • examination, categorization, and booking of all ongoing business transactions
  • accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting (including banks and cash)
  • handling and monitoring of payments
  • preparation of monthly statements, statistics, and travel expense reports
  • independent preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB
  • participation in the preparation of salary calculations
  • conducting projections considering utilization, revenue, and costs
  • compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as participation in budget and forecast creation
  • determination and preparation of company data and key figures for the partnership

Your profile

You are enthusiastic, team-oriented, and work with extreme care and precision. In addition, you should have the following:
  • successfully completed vocational training with qualifications in financial accounting or as a tax specialist
  • professional experience in financial accounting (including preparatory payroll and salary accounting)
  • proficiency in using the MS Office package (knowledge of DATEV and AnNoText is advantageous)
  • native-level German language skills and communicative English language skills
  • affinity for numbers, precise work, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • quick comprehension and a high degree of self-initiative and dedication
  • enjoyment of working in a team and in a lively law firm culture
