As a legal trainee at NEON, you’ll receive a competitive compensation package that reflects our appreciation for your hard work and dedication. During your training period, once you’ve passed the first state exam, you’ll earn € 900 per working day, which equates to € 4,500 per week if you work five days a week. After successfully passing the second state exam, your earnings increase to € 1,000 per weekday, or € 5,000 per week.
