Front Desk Manager

Your mission

As Front Desk Manager, you are not only the face and voice of the firm but above all the organizational hub of our everyday work:
  • You welcome our clients, guests, and suppliers at the front desk and take care of guest hospitality.
  • You organize conference room bookings, catering, and smaller internal events.
  • With your talent for communication you handle phone calls, coordinate inquiries, and serve as the communicative interface between clients or service providers and our team.
  • You maintain the appearance of our premises and coordinate service providers and craftsmen during their office assignments.
  • You ensure the availability of work resources, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and act as a contact person for all colleagues regarding administrative and organizational matters.
  • You create schedules for the reception team, ensure smooth handovers, and provide a transparent overview of all processes in office management to ensure our service quality.

Your profile

Are you enthusiastic, team-oriented, enjoy working with people, and have a service-oriented attitude coupled with a sunny personality? Perfect! Additionally, you should bring the following:
  • You are organized, love multitasking, and keep a cool head even in seemingly hectic moments.
  • You are sociable, friendly and communicative, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • You have successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or in hospitality, or have relevant professional experience in front desk/office management/operations.
  • You have German language skills at native level and communicative English skills, as you will also be serving our foreign clients.
  • You enjoy being a host and value a well-groomed appearance.
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs and are willing to learn new tools and apps that facilitate team workflow organization (interest in digitalization projects and process optimization is a plus).
  • You have a good amount of drive, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility.
  • You enjoy working in a team and in a lively law firm culture.
