NEON has been advising OFFICEFIRST on the leasing of more than 10,000 sqm of office space at LUX Berlin, located at Berlin’s vibrant Mediaspree.

The historic building complex “LUX Berlin” was originally built around 1900 and used as head quarter and production site for Deutsche Glühlicht AG (which later became OSRAM) and has recently been re-developed and transferred into a modern high-class office site.

The current letting “House of Games” represents the largest office lease signed in Berlin in 2025. The tenant, Berlin’s infrastructure unit WISTA (already highly successful in developing Berlin’s science and high tech hub Adlershof) will operate the House of Games to promote Berlin’s further establishment as Germany’s no. 1 location and center of the gaming industry. For this, the new hub will bring together game developers, industry associations, and start-ups under one roof and i.a. including game developer UBISOFT as one of the anchor tenants.

The deal underscores NEON’s establishment as a key advisor in the Berlin property market as well as NEON’s ability to handle complex large volume lease agreements with public tenants.
