As a former highly ambitious handball coach and player, I bring not just tremendous zeal but also invaluable experiences from the world of competitive team sports to consulting on venture capital transactions. My time on the handball court has endowed me with a particularly keen understanding of human dynamics under high pressure and the power of team spirit; insights I apply daily in my work. Additionally, I count myself lucky to have a good knack for reading people and their emotionals. From my perspective, this ability is a crucial asset in managing complex transactions involving numerous confident participants with often conflicting interests.

Initially drawn to sports medicine due to my background as a trained physiotherapist, my path took an unexpected turn when I stumbled upon a law lecture. The subject matter captivated me, prompting a swift switch from medicine to law – a decision that has proven to be spot-on. Leading complex transactions has become a passion I continue to cherish to this day.

My personal sanctuary is Bornholm. Having known and loved this Danish island since childhood, I’m overjoyed to now share this affection with my three daughters and wife. It’s where I find peace and truly breathe. Professionally, the daily highlight for me is the teamwork with my colleagues at NEON – a group of wonderful, friendly, funny, and intelligent people brimming with passion.
