Dr. Benedikt Bräutigam

What I think:

still going strong

„My curiosity is a constant companion.”

I found my way into law not through a predetermined plan but guided by a deep-seated curiosity and a practical approach to life’s opportunities. Despite my youthful dreams of football stardom, I embraced the legal profession with open arms and a pragmatic eye, focusing on the essentials that matter most to me.

In a profession often (not without reason) criticized for its self-promotion, I strive to maintain a sense of humility and groundedness, allowing my actions and the satisfaction of my clients to speak for themselves. Whether in strategizing over a challenging case or simply ensuring that every detail is accounted for, my goal is to provide not just legal solutions but a sense of partnership and trust. It’s not about being the loudest in the room but about being the most thoughtful, always ready to explore new avenues and solutions for the clients who place their trust in me. Making a genuine difference in my clients’ lives combined with a modest yet bold readiness to take calculated risks, defines not only my professional identity but also the unique value I offer to each client and mandate that crosses my path.

Whether navigating the serene Baltic Sea coast or engaging in thoughtful discussions on diverse topics like politics or football, my curiosity is a constant companion, fueling my quest for knowledge and understanding.

As a founding partner at NEON, my commitment extends beyond legal pursuits to the well-being of our employees. I believe that fostering a supportive and understanding workplace is crucial for our collective success and individual satisfaction.
