Ezgi Basaran
“I cherish the work culture that offers the liberty to flourish.“
Entering into the world of M&A transactions, I found myself drawn to the multi-layered challenges and diverse opportunities it presented. My journey into the legal profession was a nuanced decision, shaped by fundamental core values such as integrity, self-determination and growth, which I aim to reflect in my life and weave into my career. If fate had steered me differently, I might have been exploring the depths of the ocean as a marine biologist, captivated by its mysteries and the freedom of discovery. Now, I am thriving in a profession that not only aligns with my enthusiasm for engaging with ambitious people but also fulfills my desire for intellectual growth by being confronted with complex challenges on a daily basis.
At NEON, I cherish the work culture that offers the liberty to flourish and achieve success on your own terms. My forward-thinking and upbeat approach is highly valued by my colleagues, impacting our client-centric legal practices by contributing significantly to achieving our clients´ goals. My curiosity is sparked by situations where I feel challenged and am allowed to try something new. I am continually thrilled to discover where my own limits lie and to expand my horizons beyond them.
My diverse range of interests, spanning from culinary arts to diving and various sports including Volleyball and Kickboxing, mirrors the extensive perspective and assertiveness I bring to my role, enriched by my multicultural background and deep-seated sense of responsibility.
Regardless of whether I am operating from a remote seaside location in Turkey or dealing with multifaceted transactions on site, my analytical, direct and vigorous approach combined with my skill to integrate various perspectives, is what sets me apart as a lawyer within the dynamic environment of M&A transactions.
