Finding joy in both the great and small things in life fuels my drive, while my almost unshakable optimism allows me to find the silver lining in every situation. This combination not only keeps me motivated, but also energizes me through long days and short nights. My ideal working environment is one of creative chaos; that’s where I thrive, bringing NEON to life and making the NEON world a little more beautiful for us and our clients every day.

Since joining the team in 2018, I have embraced my role with a spirit of creativity and collaboration. Initially unsure of my career path, I followed the conventional wisdom that a business degree provides a well-rounded foundation. Despite a brief flirtation with taxation, my true passion for creativity remained undimmed. Surprisingly, my career took a turn towards a law firm. From the first interview, I knew that NEON was different – far from the typical law firm. The dynamic partnership with my colleagues, characterized by creativity, openness, positivity and enthusiasm, confirmed my decision. What makes me happy at NEON is the chance to work with incredibly intelligent and ambitious people who value collaboration and personal growth as much as professional achievement.

My ‘happy place’ stretches from my own garden to the football fields where I cheer on my son’s dreams of becoming the next Messi, and across continents to Australia and the west coast of Portugal.
