My journey into the world of law was as unexpected as it was coincidental. Originally envisioning a career as a children’s book author, my creative spirit and passion for fascinating adventures and people have always been at the core of my life. However, it was the energy and the exceptional team spirit at NEON that drew me in and has kept me passionately engaged ever since I joined in 2015. Holding a degree in Communication Management, I’ve found my true calling in fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and happy workplace culture.

My colleagues often call me the soul of the firm – the best compliment I could ever receive and an incentive for my boundless enthusiasm and tireless commitment, while my door is always open, promising a sympathetic ear for all colleagues. My dedication to NEON resonates in every project I undertake. I am constantly striving to bring out the best in our team through innovative ideas and creative problem-solving.

In balance to my energetic work life, Denmark has always held a special place in my heart. It’s where I recharge among the coastline while embracing the Hygge lifestyle with my family. When away from my favourite haven I find my hometown-hygge in cultivating veggies in my tiny urban garden (often unsuccessfully due to a severe lack of gardening skills) or in supporting my daughters in their handball evolution while reminiscing my own memories of growing up in a handball club.

At NEON, what brings me joy is the camaraderie and fun we share, both in our work and personal interactions. Our firm stands out for its courage and openness, always ready to tackle new challenges with high level expertise, yet never losing sight of the importance of human touch. This environment not only fuels my personal passion but also reinforces my belief in the power of a happy workplace to enhance both productivity and satisfaction.
