Jonas Kiehne

My career has been a blend of diverse interests and skills. My early interests in multimedia technology and computer science have shaped me into someone who is super organized, innovative, and tech-savvy. I have an ability to stay extremely focused and precise, which allows me to work very quickly. Courageous by nature, I have an inner urge for seeing projects through to completion, no matter the challenges that arise.

Had I not been captivated by the legal field, I might have pursued a career in archaeology or even aerospace engineering. Yet, here I am, a transaction lawyer, deeply engrossed in my studies towards a Master of Laws (LL.M.), after having completed my Bachelor and working at NEON since 2019.

My “happy place” isn’t tied to a specific location but found in moments of tranquility near the water, or while playing card games and visiting the zoo with my son. The sense of community at NEON, where I can truly be myself, brings me immense joy.

Curiosity fuels my drive, especially in the realms of technological and societal developments. What sets me apart from a typical lawyer is my casual appearance and my swift, action-oriented approach that often surprises clients. My colleagues turn to me for advice on corporate and anti-money laundering laws, legal tech tools, and notarial procedures, appreciating my quick response time and ability to get things done.
