Open, transparent communication is my foundation. My enthusiasm and energy are contagious, driving both myself and my team forward. I value organization and structure, ensuring our processes run smoothly. Originally starting in marketing, a student job in HR captivated me, and I’ve stayed in this field ever since.

At NEON, my joy comes from the supportive, open-minded and friendly culture. The vibrant community continually inspires me, fueling my motivation. The freedom to innovate and the appreciation from both supervisors and peers keep me passionately engaged every day.

Born in Berlin with Croatian roots, I’ve lived abroad for nearly two years, and my daughter was born in Colombia. I have a deep love for Latin America, this is why I learned the language there easily. I speak Spanish fluently and am often praised for my command of Colombian coastal slang. My multicultural background allows me to adapt easily, and my empathy helps me connect with people across different cultures. I need structure and order to stay focused, and I often recevive feedback that I leave a lasting impression – whether from my passion for improving processes and growing out of the old, which can be uncomfortable and exhausting at times, or from the shared memories i create emotionally with my team.

I am in love with People Business! I thrive on conversations about the human experience, cultural diversity, and personal growth.

In my downtime, I enjoy listening to podcasts, engaging in creative activities or just taking some time off reading a book on the couch. By combining my personal and professional passions, I strive to create a workplace where everyone can thrive. Guided by the motto “There is no growth in the comfort zone,” I always tackle new challenges, explore uncharted territories, and continuously learn. Oh, and fun fact: I can name all the artists and titles of 90s MTV Soul videos – I’m a 90s R’n’B & Soul wiki.
