Partner and Team Assistant Real Estate Transactions

Your mission

You are the heart of our team organization and the leader of our collaboration processes. Your area of responsibility includes all activities related to lawyer support and office organization:
  • Active support in client work as well as general assistance tasks and office organization
  • Expense recording, preparation of invoices and dunning procedures
  • File management, document management and formatting
  • Travel management and coordination of appointments
  • Communication and coordination with internal and external parties
  • Independent support with and optimization of organizational tasks
  • And day-to-day business
  • Support with firm-wide projects (e.g. in the areas of marketing, knowledge management and client services)

Your profile

You enjoy working in a team-oriented, proactive manner and have a strong service mentality? Perfect! Then we're a great match. Since there is no apprenticeship that actually fits the job profile of an assistant in our transaction team, we are flexible when it comes to professional qualifications and are primarily looking for the relevant soft skills. You should bring the following with you:
  • You have successfully completed a business apprenticeship (ReNo, ReFa, office communication, hotel industry, foreign language correspondence or comparable) or a degree with comparable practical experience
  • Ideally, you have already gained practical work experience in a law firm or in the real estate industry
  • You have a good knowledge of English and an affinity for IT
  • You have a high level of commitment and initiative as well as organizational talent
  • You are characterized by an independent work habits, reliability and good time management
  • You are confident in using the common MS Office programs and the relevant format templates
  • You have drive, positive energy and enjoy taking on responsibility
  • You enjoy working in a team and in a very demanding environment in which personal interaction is essential
