Sadra Sememy

Born in Iran and moving to Germany when I was eight, my life has been a blend of resilience, ambition, and a love for challenges. Growing up in Tehran, Bautzen, Darmstadt, and finally my home Frankfurt am Main, each place has shaped me in unique ways.

During my school years, I wasn’t just focused on academics—I was all in as an athlete, too. Playing football for SV Darmstadt 98 and making it to the extended squad for the 2. Bundesliga in the 2014/2015 season was a huge achievement for me. It taught me how far dedication and hard work can take you, lessons I carry with me into my legal career. Running, road cycling, and staying active keep me grounded and sharp. Honestly, if I hadn’t become a transaction lawyer, I’d probably be out there as a professional athlete, but I’ve found that the variety and challenges in law give me a sense of fulfillment that’s hard to beat.

Family and friends are everything to me—they keep me balanced and happy. I’m at my best when I’m surrounded by the people I care about, whether we’re kicking around ideas early in the morning or winding down late at night. My values of honesty, authenticity, and helpfulness guide me every day, in both my personal life and work. They push me to always bring my best to the team and to my clients.
