Complex, not complicated.
"Reading systems, understanding people."
I’ve always been interested in how systems shape people, and how people in turn shape systems. Law brought those two worlds together for me. It gave me a way to work at the intersection of structure and behavior, language and logic. If I hadn’t become a lawyer, I’d probably be working as a political analyst or as an author. But law offered exactly the same thing, just closer to real life and closer to impact.
My work lives at the overlap of transaction law, Legal Tech, automation, and AI. I don’t see technology as something abstract or distant. For me, it’s a tool to make legal work smarter, more precise, and easier for the people who depend on it. I care deeply about process, not as an end in itself, but because good structures make good work possible.
At NEON, I found the environment I need to do my best work. Strong energy, trust in the team, and the freedom to build things that didn’t exist before. This is a place where structure is valued, but so is intuition. Where ideas can grow, improvement is encouraged, and responsibility is shared.
Success, for me, has two meanings. At work, it means creating solutions that are reliable, efficient, and sustainable, and improving systems so that quality becomes the standard, not the exception. Personally, it means a grounded life beyond the office.
Integrity, empathy, and clarity guide everything I do. A piece of advice I carry with me is simple: You don’t have to prove your depth. Just use it. And that’s how I work, quietly determined, focused on substance, and always paying attention to what really matters.
