NEON has successfully advised OFFICEFIRST on the leasing of the historic E-Werk, the oldest preserved energy generation building in Germany to the Stiftung Deutsche Kinemathek. This iconic property offers approximately 11,000 square meters of prime space in central Berlin, including office facilities, event halls, and a rooftop terrace. Approximately 7,300 square meters have recently been leased to the Stiftung Deutsche Kinemathek, Germany’s renowned film foundation, marking a significant development for Berlin’s cultural landscape.
