NEON has successfully advised SIGNA on the sale of the project development “Tauentzien 20” in Berlin, City West to Midstad. Prior to the exit sale NEON has advised SIGNA for several years in a complex, multi-stage acquisition process, which i.e. included the subsequent acquisition of co-ownership interests and finally the buy-out of remaining co-owners through a forced sale proceeding.

The “Tauentzien 20” site is strategically located in one of Berlin’s most vibrant commercial districts, City-West, directly next to KaDeWe, making it a prime candidate for redevelopment.
