NEON has successfully advised TROCKLAND on the acquisition of a commercial development area around former Funkhaus-Ost at Rummelsburger Bucht, Berlin Ober-Schöneweide.

This development project has been acquired by way of a share deal and includes existing structures that are set for renovation as well as new ground-up developments and encompasses appr. 49,000 m².

This highly attractive site, located near the water and offering significant potential for urban development is designated to be transformed into a vibrant hub, combining commercial spaces with community-focused amenities.
