I could just as easily have become a criminal investigator, mathematician or psychologist. What these professions have in common is probably what drew me to law in the first place: the challenge of understanding complex situations, asking the right questions and finding solutions. What ultimately convinced me were the interesting cases and the opportunity to keep learning and developing.

I approach my work with precision, a critical mind and persistence. I am interested not only in the legal aspects of a case, but also in the bigger commercial picture. To me, good legal advice means finding solutions that are both legally sound and commercially sensible.

Just as important to me is collaboration. Football has taught me that individual strengths make the biggest difference when everyone is working towards a common goal. That is exactly what I value at NEON: a team that supports each other and a variety of mandates that constantly bring new challenges.

Outside the office, you will find me on the football pitch, scuba diving or by the sea with a good book. I am particularly interested in politics, psychology and how people think and make decisions.

For me, success means continuous development, satisfied clients and finding the right balance along the way. Because whether in law or in sports, the best results are achieved together.
