NEON has successfully advised Recare on its acquisition of adexto, a service provider for hospitals specializing in billing, receivables management and handling reviews by the Medical Service (MD). Recare will make adexto’s expertise scalable and accessible to hospitals throughout Germany via its platform.

The acquisition marks Recare’s second takeover following the acquisition of Pflegeplatzmanager in 2023. With the adexto deal, Recare continues to develop its vision of creating a central AI infrastructure for hospital administration.

NEON has been advising Recare since its founding, providing ongoing support in all corporate law matters and financing rounds, and has steadily expanded and deepened this valuable client relationship.
