Complexity from structure
“Structure Emerges Through Focus.”
I am driven by curiosity and a strong need for order. What drew me to law was the desire to understand systems and their underlying rules and to turn complexity into solutions that truly work.
When working on complex matters I like taking a step by step approach, fully focussing on one thing after another. Folding origami, especially complex animal designs, captures this perfectly. Every fold builds on the one before it and precision in every step shapes the final result. I experience the same kind of focus when dancing Bachata or training with weights. When movement is precise, the mind becomes quiet.
This mindset shapes my work as a lawyer. I enjoy matters where legal analysis and strategic thinking come together and where there is room to actively shape solutions. Complex situations can only be resolved by working step by step, staying attentive, and understanding not just the legal framework but also the people and interests involved. Structure is never accidental. It is the result of concentration, endurance, and disciplined thinking.
At NEON, I find exactly this kind of environment. A place that allows focus, encourages exchange and combines professionalism with a genuinely human approach.
