Transaction Lawyer Corporate Transactions
Your mission
- close cooperation with the lawyers and other transaction lawyers in our teams on transactions, including the preparation of transaction-related documents such as powers of attorney and contract annexes
- carrying out due diligence audits including the preparation of corresponding audit reports
- process controlling
- if interested: Projects in the field of legal tech

Your profile
- You enjoy working in a team-orientated manner with diligence and accuracy and keep a cool head even in hectic times
- You have a Bachelor or Master of Laws (LL.B, LL.M.), business law or comparable degree
- You are interested in corporate law
- You have a high level of commitment and initiative as well as quick comprehension skills
- You are reliable and have good time management skills
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
- You enjoy working in a team
