We are happy to announce that NEON has successfully advised Gold Tree Group on the acquisition of the “Matchbox” office property at Frankfurter Straße 102–110 in Eschborn from Lang & Cie. Real Estate AG. The transaction was completed as an asset deal, financing has been provided by BerlinHyp.

Completed in 2024, the ten-story office building offers approximately 14,000 sqm of space and stands out for its strong sustainability credentials. In addition to meeting the KfW 40 energy-efficiency standard, photovoltaic panels are integrated directly into the building’s facade, combining architectural design with on-site renewable energy generation. The property is fully let on long-term leases to blue-chip tenants LG, Siemens Healthineers and CGI, providing a strong foundation for stable long-term cash flows.
