What I think:

Happiness is a decision.

„Stringency, honesty, and enthusiasm.“

Growing up, I was always fascinated by the intricacies of trade – searching, buying, and selling goods. Had I not pursued law, I would have indulged in my passion for business, likely studying business administration and founding a trading company. Discussions about law and justice (also inspired by the books of Ferdinand von Schirach) steered my path towards law.

My work is guided by three core values: stringency, honesty, and enthusiasm. These principles underscore the importance of intrinsic motivation and the drive to fully commit to even the most daunting tasks. The best advice I’ve received, “Do it right or not at all,” has taught me the virtue of perseverance through initial challenges, shaping my approach to law and life.

A recent read that left a profound impact on me was “Über Menschen” by Juli Zeh, captivating me with its intricate depiction of interpersonal relationships among diverse characters. This narrative, reflecting on the potential for unity amidst extremism, resonates with my belief in finding common ground and solutions in every situation.

The culture at NEON, characterized by camaraderie and an informal atmosphere, resonates with me, as does the intellectual stimulation from tackling unknown and unusual cases. Whether relaxing by the water, hiking in the forest or in the mountains – there are beautiful places to relax everywhere.
