NEON has advised UVC Partners on €10m Series Seed Financing Round of Kuro, a Berlin-based AI company developing software for the construction industry.

The financing round was led by UVC Partners, with participation from Foundamental, Realyze Ventures and helloworld.

Founded in 2024, Kuro develops an AI platform that helps general contractors process complex project documentation, identify inconsistencies and preserve valuable project knowledge. Its customers include leading general contractors such as HOCHTIEF Infrastructure, Goldbeck, Köster, Geiger, Riedel and Implenia.

The new capital will enable Kuro to expand its platform beyond tender processing into sales, procurement and construction execution.
