I’ve always wanted to understand how our society works and what holds it together. That curiosity led me to law. Diplomacy was once an option, but the legal field offered more variety, more depth and a broader view of the structures that shape everyday life.

I work best when things get complex and the solution isn’t obvious. Challenging projects and transactions draw me in because they require a closer look. Whether early in the office or late at night when everything is quiet, my goal is always the same: get to the point quickly, stay pragmatic and deliver results that truly hold up.

The people I admire have shaped me. From my grandfather, I learned to truly listen, to treat everyone with the same respect and what integrity looks like. Athletic idols such as Muhammad Ali and Michael Jordan inspired me by demonstrating how far determination, courage and endurance can take someone. That mix of respect and dedication guides me in my work. Success, for me, is something simple: inner calm, clear decisions and the feeling of having genuinely helped someone.

What I value at NEON is the openness, the ambition and the mindset that we improve by doing things together. Everyone takes responsibility, ideas are welcome and collaboration is something we actually live.
