Support Staff IT

Your mission

As an IT administrator, you play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our law firm's IT infrastructure. Your primary task is to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our network systems, hardware, and software. Additionally, you will assist our staff with technical issues and any IT-related inquiries. Specifically:
  • monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure (servers, network devices, and workstations)
  • installation, configuration, and updates of hardware and software components as needed, considering compatibility and security
  • troubleshooting hardware and software problems and conducting root cause analyses
  • collaboration with external suppliers and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades
  • conducting regular data backups, verifying their integrity, and developing emergency recovery plans
  • documenting IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
  • monitoring new developments in legal technology and trends and providing recommendations for improvements and advancements

Your profile

We are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering top-notch IT support and service, a proactive and detail-oriented individual with solid knowledge. Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
  • professional experience in a similar IT support role with a focus on on-site support
  • good knowledge of Windows operating systems and proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • familiarity with hardware setups, network applications, and phone systems
  • excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • customer-oriented and interpersonal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • ability to work independently and collaborate in a team, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines
