You will take on the strategic and operational management of technology projects – from legal tech and AI to IT optimisation – and act as the central interface between IT, management and business development.

Your tasks

• Organisation and coordination of IT, legal tech and AI projects in the law firm
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including management of service providers and technology partners
• Identifying technological potential for increasing efficiency and new business approaches
• Change management and introduction of digital tools and processes, as well as internal communication with various departments and teams on change processes and regular updates and training for employees
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and ways to increase efficiency through technology, including legal tech applications

What we offer

• A dedicated, collegial IT team currently consisting of two people with a start-up mentality in a legal context
• Short decision-making processes, flat hierarchies and plenty of room for your own ideas
• The opportunity to actively shape the digital transformation of a renowned law firm
• A workplace in the centre of Berlin with flexible working hours and home office options
• Personal development prospects
• An appreciative and lively corporate culture with many team events
• Performance-based pay with profit sharing – all employees participate in the firm's success through a bonus system
• Social benefits: Company pension insurance, health care package with supplementary health insurance and health care services, Pluxee vouchers for break snacks, BVG ticket costs covered, employee discounts via Corporate Benefits, the NEON Family Package with financial support for parents, family rooms and much more
• 30 days of annual leave
• The world's best teammates, because chemistry is just as important to us as qualifications when hiring

Your profile

• A degree in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable field; career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
• Professional experience in project management is desirable but not a mandatory requirement; ideally, you already have experience with a focus on digital or technology
• A high affinity for IT, legal tech and artificial intelligence
• A very good understanding of economics and an interest in digital business models
• Technical understanding and openness to technology, but no specialised knowledge of IT administration is necessary
• Strong communication skills, organisational talent and the ability to recognise potential and win people over to new ideas
