Your profile

  • You have an excellent academic record and proficiency in English
  • You have successfully completed the 1st or 2nd state examination
  • Ideally, you have already gained some initial insights into the areas of data protection law/IT law and/or IP (e.g. university specialization). At the very least, you should have a keen interest in familiarizing yourself with these areas through your work
  • You enjoy practical and independent work
  • You are keen to familiarize yourself with a wide range of new topics relating to data law, in particular digital EU legislation such as the GDPR, Cyber Resilience Act, AI Regulation and Digital Services Act and the impact on our clients' concerns
  • You are highly motivated, quick on the uptake, can think outside the box and enjoy working in a team
