NEON advises ArteCare on the acquisition of a majority stake in MENetatis Group

27 June 2024 | NEON has advised ArteCare, a portfolio company of Perpetua Holding, in acquiring a majority stake in MENetatis Group.

This strategic move expands ArteCare’s presence to approximately 30 care facilities across Germany, aligning with their Buy & Build strategy.
Founded in 2016, MENetatis operates 17 senior care centers across five states, specializing in high-quality elderly care. The acquisition boosts ArteCare’s footprint to 28 locations, with an annualized revenue exceeding €120 million. The combined group will now employ 2,150 staff and has plans for four additional locations.

The funds from this acquisition will enhance care quality, improve employee attraction, and support upcoming openings. NEON’s role underscores its commitment to supporting Arte-Care’s strategic objectives in the senior care sector.
