NEON advises FRYTE Mobility on Seed Round

September 10, 2026 | NEON advises FRYTE Mobility on its €3.5 million Series Seed Financing Round

NEON has advised FRYTE Mobility, a Munich-based technology company developing software to connect logistics and charging infrastructure for electric trucks, on its €3.5 million Seed financing round. FRYTE’s total funding now amounts to €5 million.

The round was jointly led by 4impact capital and Rethink Ventures. Existing investors Revent, F-LOG, accilium ventures and a group of angel investors also participated.

FRYTE’s open software platform connects transport management systems with charge-point management systems, enabling reliable charging-slot reservations for electric-truck fleets and predictable utilization for charging-point operators.

The new capital will support FRYTE’s commercial expansion across Europe, deeper integrations with charging-point operators and the further development of its reservation functionality.
