NEON has advised UVC Partners on $17.5m Series Seed Financing Round of Atira, a Munich-based AI company developing a commercial operating system for complex B2B manufacturing.
Atira’s platform automates sales-engineering workflows between CRM and ERP systems, helping industrial companies process RFQs faster, configure solutions, and capture institutional knowledge.
The $17.5 million Series Seed financing round was led by Accel, with participation from UVC Partners, Fortino, Booom, and renowned industry leaders.
The new funding will support Atira’s international expansion, product development, and the growth of its go-to-market organization. The company also plans to expand into adjacent commercial workflows, including advanced ai configuration, pricing intelligence, aftersales, and supplier coordination.
